Havent been on here a while...bad back getting worse. Been waking in night with needbto nip to loo. Was away at weekend had strawberry ribena then not long after sugarpuff smelling waterworks. Also can your pancreas flutter with diabetes symptoms as have had a few incidences. ..

Well excess glucose spills over into your urine once it gets too high - so why don't you go to the doctors?

I agree with Jenny, it’ll be sugar in your urine casing the smell. But what do you mean by pancreas fluttering?

If it's literally a fluttering in your chest Pamela - that's heart palpitations and if you don't actually have other signs of heart trouble - too high blood glucose can absolutely cause it!
