Or Blackcurrant etc

Drinking lots of it now summer is here

Was a bit concerned but diabetic nurse says as long as you don't make it strong the sugar is negligible

It depends on how much of it you are drinking as it will have some carbs, so if you are drinking a lot you may need to reduce your carbs elsewhere to compensate. You may want to dilute more than suggested on the bottle.

Or find a sugar free version

Not a problem so long as it’s not the sugary variety. No carbs at all in the robinsons orange squash for example.

Even the Hi Fruit ones appear to have zero sugar ?

Which is odd
Are those the fruit creations ones you mean? Those have sweeteners not sugar and you water them down so much there’s not much fruit in them.

I can't drink fruit squash, it makes me cough, dunno what that's all about. 🙄 I always hanker after Rose's lime juice and Robinson's lemon barley water. Very summery.

It was likely the preservative as they often used sulphur dioxide or sodium metabisulphite that was the cause.
