Made these for lunch today. I used 3 eggs and added a little cheese then when they were cool filled them with cheese, ham and mayonnaise and they were lovely. Everyone comment on how nice they looked. Checked my bs after work (4 hours after eating them) and saw a 3.9! Checked another finger straight away and it said 4.3 so will be having there again as they are so easy to make

Hi, that is great. Can you share the recipe with us or a link to it thanks.

Sorry completely forgot!!

Many thanks. It looks like a savoury Swiss roll. Great idea.

low carb diabetes cook book by Emma Porter. Tried to make the tortilla wraps tonight but they were horrendous so just made another of these for my fajitas. Made the chocolate orange pots at the weekend, they are great

Yes that’s it. Low carb kitchen is her website with plenty of recipes. May get this one. I’ve got her Christmas e-book & that’s good too.

I’ll have to have a look on her website. Have you tried making the tortilla wraps? I couldn’t get them right at all

No but I think they might be in book not website though. I made the bread rolls and they were a little bit dry. She’s on Twitter where you can ask her questions though
