Relationship to Diabetes
Type 1
Hello

I am a human geography PhD student from The University of Glasgow and I am conducting research on the ?Everyday Geographies of Living With Diabetes?.

This research explores the ways in which diabetes affects the day-to-day life of a person for instance when at home, at work, out with friends or family, travelling on public transport and the many other situations that occur during day-to-day life.

As part of my data collection I have constructed an online questionnaire, link below, and any responses would be a great help.

The questionnaire is quite lengthy and most questions ask for written responses, but there is no suggested time limit so please just spend as much time as you wish on each question and you do not have to answer every question.

The link below will take you to the questionnaire, which has more detailed information on the first page. Please read this before answering any questions.

If anyone has any questions or wishes to know more please send me a private message or ask a question on the thread and I?ll get back to you a.s.a.p.

Thank you for your help and I hope you find this interesting!
Mark

I answered honestly and was surprised at some of my answers - I didn't know I felt like I did about some of the questions asked. 😱

Thanks everyone for the responses so far, they have all been really helpful 🙂.

Snap Faith.🙂

The questions were far more probing than they at first appeared. They seem to hit on something that others fail to reach! :D

I hope something useful can stem from it. If only another questionnaire.

Yes agree,I liked that you had to put some thought into the answers and it was not just a case of agree, slightly agree, disagree etc etc.

Wish you luck with this mark

A very good survey 🙂

Thanks again guys.

I hope something useful can stem from it. If only another questionnaire.

Yeah the answers and comments will help form future versions of the questionnaire, with new different questions and maybe take away some that are not so good.

Just finished 🙂 a very good questionnaire!

Just done, found very interesting and thought provoking- as others have said suprised myself when thinking about my answers
