Does anyone know anything about the perkier bars in Asda? I’ve bought the crunchy peanut 7.3g carbohydrate per bar and says low sugar just wondering if they are ok for a snack?

I would check the carb amount as the ones I looked at were 12g carb per bar, they do vary depending on flavour so I may not have looked at the exact one you have.
I have the Nature Valley protein bars which are about 12g and cut into 4 as a treat with the afternoon cuppa.

I think if you are looking at them as snacks then it's different. I use them sometimes as a longer acting carb after treating a hypo with Dextrose. 11g is just about right for that.
