Has anyone tried the herbal patch to help with type 2 ? Any thoughts
...

Hi, I haven’t tried it, to be honest I’ve found following a low carb diet and walking the dog is doing ok for me 🙂

My sugar was 11.5 then i had my tea (fish rice beef) and 2 hours layer it went to 14.7 is this expected ?

Take care as their are an awful lot of unscrupulous people out there who are only too willing to part people from their hard earned money. I’ve never heard of any herbs that actually help with T2

Rice is a starchy carb most, of us would have to either have a tiny portion Or use a substitute such as cauli rice. Actually your rise wasn’t too bad it’s just that your starting level was rather high. If you have that meal again I suggest you also do a three hour test as it’s possible your levels were still rising.
Was the fish in batter , breadcrumbs or in its birthday suit.

Herbal patches unlikely to have any proper clinical evidence to support them (despite what it might say on the website/packaging)
