Okay, just want to check I'm calculating this correctly:

On the packet, it says 100g dry weight and cooked per instructions is 73g CHO

So, even though that will then weigh approx double when cooked, does that still mean the dry 100g will be 73g CHO when cooked and expanded to 200ish????

It seems to be the case

The weight of dry pasta increases when cooked, because water is absorbed, so the CHO content per 100g decreases. What starts off containing 100g of carbohydrate will contain the same amount of CHO when cooked, although the total weight has increased.
It all depends when you weigh it - much easier when dry, especially for spagetti!
