Relationship to Diabetes

Hi there,

Researchers at the University of Surrey and Birckbeck University would like people with Type one diabetes to take part in a study looking at the relationship between eating behaviors and social wellbeing. Taking part will involving completing an online questionnaire. Participants must be over the age of 18.

Hi there. Yes it's been approved 🙂

NB - the survey itself is in a very small font and it would have been better in a larger one to begin with.
