Tried this the other day. Made some garlic butter using garlic cloves (crushed) & salted butter. Made a slit in the chicken breasts & stuffed them with the garlic butter & used cocktail sticks to hold them together. Then dipped each breast in egg & rolled them with grated parmesan & shoved them in the oven. The parmesan goes nice & crispy when done, then remove the cocktail sticks.
