Does anyone know how many carbohydrates there would be in 1 chicken popper?
 
Do you need help with how to look this up in your Nutracheck app? press green box, eating out, takeaways then papa johns.

Alternatively you can just type papa John chicken poppers into the search bar

Thanks for this @Lucyr - so 3g of carbs per chicken popper - I might be having some for my tea when I go out on Saturday night - I think they come in a bag of 10
 
I still think chicken poppers will be what I have tonight. I'm going to do my usual which is because I'm eating out and don't know how many I will eat I will test before I eat then bolus after eating - I'll have to manually re-enter the test result to get the bolus advice because the before meal test will be longer than 15 minutes so won't give bolus advice.
I will be having a couple of gin and diet cokes no ice too
