Hi does anyone know why my leg is sore? I only started injecting insulin on Thursday. It's not bruised .

Hello @sarahbee , welcome to the forum.
Is the soreness only around where you’ve injected or are other parts of your leg affected ,is their any redness or swelling .
Tbh I think you need to contact your team/GP tomorrow.

Hi thanks for your quick response. Its not red or swollen and my whole upper leg is aching x

By the sounds of it its possible that you've maybe hit the muscle at some point, if worried about it ask to have it looked at 🙂 xx

I think the best thing you can do is see your GP tomorrow if possible.
It is possible to have a reaction to insulin but other things need to be checked out too.
Let us know how you get on.
