Following my spinal surgery I have foot drop and peripheral neuropathy in my left leg/foot, Completely numb at the front knee to ankle and top of foot - sole I have lessened sensation but am aware. My right leg now seems to be joining in and is more likely to be diabetic related with tuning fork result only on tip of big toe and ankle bone. Funny tightness/numbness feelings but in neither case is there any pain. Can anyone say how this can progress and what danger signals I should flag up to surgery or foot clinic. Does it progress to the extent that you cannot walk?

Hi there, I don't really have any answers but wanted to sympathise as I also have odd symptoms which are under investigation. Read my thread if it is of any interest. A tight feeling without pain. I hope someone can help you more soon.
