Pain with background insulin injections

Yeah I think my fear is being allergic and being unwell ( joys of being diabetic with anxiety haha ) but my diabetes team said the chances of that are low as they’re all quite similar anyway so just need to relax and hope this is a problem fixer x

Tbh found lantus to he much better than levemir anyway, relax & fingers crossed.
 
Update lantus working amazing , no irritation no lumps , going to lower the dose as working a little too well and bringing Me to low a lot but just glad to not be in pain with injections any more

That's good news, are you just on 1x daily dose?

Nope they wanted me to carry on with my 9 at night 9 in morning but was causing a lot of hypos and running round after two young kids just wasn’t working for me so I’ve dropped to 8 either side and so far seems to be keeping me steady
