I have received the following request:

I work with a company that develops support programs for people with chronic diseases. We are trying to create tools and materials for people with type 2 diabetes to help them manage their disease. We would like to interview some patients (5 maybe) to find out more.

Paid interview opportunity for people with Type 2 Diabetes

Were you diagnosed with Type 2 diabetes before 2003? Have you tried multiple treatments? If so, we would like to talk to you!

Human Care Systems, a London-based company is currently developing a support program and tools to improve the patient experience for people with Type 2 diabetes.

We are currently conducting 45 minute paid and confidential phone interviews to learn more about what it is like to have type 2 diabetes. We want to understand how your disease affects your day-to-day life. Also we are interested in your experience with medication for your condition.

Participants will be compensated ?35 for a 45 minute phone interview.

If you would like contact details, please send me a Private Message 🙂

I've never been paid to help with any research for T1 diabetes - ?35 would be very welcome!

Like Megga said, I could buy tescos out of caulis with that!! 🙂

I've signed up. The proceeds will be split between a wedding anniversary present for my daughter and son-in-law, and Red Nose Day.

You chose your username after Marlin's girlfriend in Finding Nemo? 🙂 One of my fave films...

I hope the comments about lying about which type of condition people have is a joke, but please consider the effect of false information on the research.
