I bought some salt and chilli rib rack form Aldi, serves 2. Just looked at the nutritional info
per 100g 1.5g carb, per half pack 190g 2.9g carb, fair enough but pack size 540g so my reckoning half a pack is 270g still less than 4.5g carb so I shall enjoy.
So packaging info not always correct.
 
Had a Tescos one of those in my freezer, but ate it last week. Never bothered reading the N info cos there are no carbs in either chilli or salt as far as I know!

Now the maple syrup one that's still in there, I defo will read before I eat mine.

Ever noticed with these, there are always NINE ribs - so my half is always smaller than my husbands half!

So did you weigh the product to see if it was the correct weight?
