Hi all,
I activated a Friopack last night and I just thought I'd top it up a bit (less than 2 mins) as I'm travelling tomorrow but it seems to have puffed up a bit too much and I'm struggling to fit both insulin pens in...any suggestions?
Thank you!

In my experience it's not all that important to keep the pens themselves chilled, as the insulin lasts about 1 month or so at room temp. Just as long you can get your spare vials in you'll be fine. (Assuming you use analogues like Novorapid/Levemir - I think it's slightly different if you're on the older animal-based formulations).

Not sure where you are travelling to, but unless it is giong Otto be very very hot I don't worry absolutely pens being in the fri o bag. I just keep spares cool.
Have a good trip.
