but i know we can't have it
have not had any in years

but have been noticeing diet
oj has anyone tried this
and what were the results

Hi Mary - I am not sure whether you can buy diet OJ over here. I don't recall seeing it.

If you have test strips you could test to see how it affects you.
 
When you say diet OJ do you mean squash? as in put some in a glass and add water? If so that's fine as long as it's sf. Check the carb content on all products though as SF does not mean carb free. 🙂
 
Test to see how it affects you. As a treat or as part of a meal a glass of orange juice is nice. You could also try squeezing your own, which means you knoe excatly what's in it.
 
I don't see how they could possibly remove the 'sugar' from real OJ? Would be vile. (although my husband could easily eat a lemon, eek)

If they can remove caffeine from coffee, sugar from OJ shouldn't be too much of a technical challenge. Then replace it with nice lumps of aspartame and "Bob's your Uncle". 😱
