Can I have either of these to put in a drink and to eat after?

Do you have any allergies to the ingredients?

No. I was wondering more about the carbs in them if I had a couple of cherries or slices of lemon in a drink

Have you checked the carbs in your app? You can either estimate a slice of lemon weight or just look up a slice.

You can for sure consume them so long as they've been balanced with insulin or your current glucose level isn't towards the higher side. Three or four cherries @ 48gm per 100g won't add up to a vast amount of carbs and the lemon will be even less. If you really want to check the carbs just weigh a few cherries and do the maths to find the carbs in one cherry.
