After my moan this morning about my 11.7 (from memory) I appear to have gone the wrong way...
Had 3 slices (mini loaf) seeded batch bread with 2 poached eggs for my breakfast at around 9am.
Just got back from shopping 3.30pm feeling shaky, clammy etc, tested and now 4.7. I thought 4 was a "normal" level so wondered why I felt odd? Could it just be because i have become used to such high levels? I have eaten a couple of jelly babies and will test again in another 15 mins to check its back up a bit.... Going to make a sandwich or eat a piece of burgen bread to keep me on track.
Grrr I am never going to get used to this - how can it change so much!!!
