- At risk of diabetes
Hello Forum Members!
During the past few months, we’ve seen huge changes to the way diabetes care works, with lots of challenges to overcome and lessons learnt which could help make care better in the future. Over the next few weeks we’ll be talking about this with the diabetes community, and we’d love to hear from you.
We’ll be bringing people living with and affected by diabetes together with health care professionals, researchers and policy makers to work together as a community, and come up with ways to make things better for people living with diabetes. The sessions are open to anyone interested in the future of diabetes care, and will be held online via Zoom at 7pm on Thursdays for the next four weeks.
