Quick query...
Does anyone else find that the week before they are due on their levels seem to go higher and they get more insulin resistant?
I've been tracking patterns and it's looking like this happens for me...
Anyone else experienced similar and what do they do? Is it just trial and error to see what increases are needed?

Thanks and sorry if that's too much information! 🙂

I have the same pattern. Also the day after I come on I have hypo day. It was impossible to fix on mdi.

I also have a very odd day when I ovulate.

Yup, it's akin to what happens in pregnancy. Except of course that lasts longer! Each woman has her own pattern but it's common.

You can either adjust your basal or your bolus on those days. Or both ! And yes it is trial and error, sorry, no master plan!

Thanks 🙂 At least now I know that it's not completely uncommon and the trial and error can begin!
