on bbc breakfast now, talking about diabetes with a young type 1 lad
 
I hope the interview is a good one and lots of information is passed on
 
It was a bit odd really - as they introduced the interview with the comment that many people with diabetes hide it from their family and friends - but much of the interview was about the difficulty the young boy had in getting clearance to attend a football camp.
 
i watched it as well and the football thing was more important then the diabetes and they didnot show the pen properly it could have been done better
 
I've tried to suss out how and where to find a clip of it so people can see but to no avail yet x
 
I have had a look on BBC iplayer and it says Breakfast is not available, so unless someone had recorded it and put in on you tube no joy. Saying that the boy and his mother have just been on the local news and that normally appear on iplayer so I will keep my eyes open.
