Omnipod and Libre2+

I have been using omnipod 5 and libre 2 plus for a while now. Mostly it works well, but problems can sometimes crop up without warning. A couple of times I have had the message to 'change sensor' but I found that changing the pod instead worked.
Don't forget that Abbott will replace the sensors - but I have found that Insulet are very reluctant to replace pods, you can spend nearly an hour on the phone to them answering mostly silly questions. I've had dire warnings from my DSN that the reason they (Insulet) are reluctant to replace the pods is because are very expensive, but I don't know exactly how much they are.

Yes do get your Libre2+ sensors replaced by Abbott @Elizabeth Margaret

Phone calls are often the quickest method, and it’s really important for Abbott to keep track of different lot numbers etc fir quality control.

Plus the NHS has paid for them, and you deserve to get the sensor coverage that was paid for!

I have had a couple of replacements for Libre 2+ and am most grateful. However, I have usually found that it is the pod that is faulty. Twice I have spent a long time on the phone to Insulet, and it's something that I dread for the future, although they were helpful in the end. If it wasn't for all the uncertainty all would be good.
