OMG!! HBa1c results

Oh, my goodness, I am sooooo chuffed.

Last August it was 12.7

in November it dropped to 7.5%, which was one month into to joining Slimmimg World

today 3 stone lighter, it has dropped to 6.26% - yey!!! 🙂

Thanks everyone, I very much appreciate your kind messages.

Also so pleased my insulin intake is still coming down, and just recently have not needed a lunch time injection

So, my long term goal is to get down into 5 range (which it never has been before).

AND

stop insulin altogther
