Recently decided i dont know enough about my diabetes to keep as healthy as i would like..SO..have been doing research on carbs..Question..when i look at the label on food packaging am i to be more concerned about the carbs that sugar OR the whole carb content..i feel like i should already know this but it has become awfully apparant that i dont ..advice pls ladies and gentlemen THANK YOU
