So as many know I changed my breakfast ratio 2 days ago, along with that change I decided to change my breakfast this morning, had 2 slices wholemeal toast with 15g peanut butter so around 27g carbs say working on the new ratio that would have meant about 0.2 units of 'free' insulin yep it was just that free to do anything it wanted so it did and put me hypo 🙄 so what to add to breakfast tomorrow to stop that 'drop' I do not have a blooming clue haha x

Typical! A bit of insulin with too much time on its hands, and it gets up to mischief. Mind you, all of us are struggling a bit with wayward insulin in the hot weather.

Yeah I thought about that too waited about 8 minutes between jabbing and eating, maybe have to jab eat a bit sooner and have a square of chocolate after or something haha. don't know what to do lol x

While not on insulin, with this heat the past couple of days I have been struggling to keep levels above 5.0, maybe the heat is effecting how well the insulin is working.

It was warmer here yesterday than it is today although still very warm today and I was fine yesterday  will see how things go tomorrow with adjusting timing and adding anything i can think of to take the carbs up a bit, the bread did weigh like 2g less than it should but i wouldn't of thought that would make too much of a difference (yes sorry given how my body reacts i do weigh bread especially as I've never had it before and clearly i can never be too careful lol) x
