Hi Bev (Yes, i was singing that line too! 😱)

We have had nights like that so i fully sympathise! Absolutely exhausting! Yes, we have done a set change at 3am. It actually went very smoothly but not a nice thing to have to do at such an hour! Like you, we get the novo pen out now if things go wrong in the night and this stops the high's dragging on and on.

I would agree with your thoughts and what the others have said that the high's were due to illness and illness brewing. Hope being on the temp basal works out ok.
