Out of all the things I can cook and bake I only realised tonight that I have never actually made a simple omelette! Lol, so have sorted that right out and have made a 2 egg and tuna omelette for breakfast tomorrow, actually rather chuffed with my first one and will be having one on Monday with smoked basa 😛 x

As I've never made an omelette the day before I need it, just wondering how will you keep yours fresh until tomorrow? x

You've made me fancy an omelette now, not made one for ages. 🙂

Ditto - 1 boiled egg = 0 carbs
1 x 50g fried egg = 0 carbs
1 x 50g poached egg = 0 carbs
1 x 70g scrambled egg with milk = 1g carbs
1 x 50g egg omelette = 0g carbs
2 eggs 100g omelette = 0g carbs
3 eggs 150g omelette = 0g carbs

Me neither - I fancy an omelette now!🙂 Will have one for breakfast tomorrow🙂 x

No milk at all on Atkins? Not even skimmed milk? There are alternatives to milk if you fancy this. x

I just let it cool in a tub and popped it in the fridge, they obviously are better fresh but I don't have the time to make it before breakfast :( x

Great idea ! I'm going to cook one today and then eat it before I go to work, don't have time or inclination at 6am !
