Well my fingers are black and blue and quite sore, hypo Wednesday caused a few problems as I had to test outside a few times and my hands weren't the warmest so had to keep stabbing and squeezing and the minor hypo yesterday causing extra tests plus trying to test new foods out this game is not fun and I don't want to play anymore lol x

Sorry to hear this. I feel your pain (literally), took 3 times to get enough blood to test before dinner. Hope they heal quickly.

Ouch, I know the feeling, When I first started testing my fingers were sore and hurt like hell so you have my sympathy, Hope they heal soon.

On this subject do you have to take blood from the fingers or can you take it from other areas?

I have the codefree meter and you can use that on places other than your arms, although I haven't tried it.

I may be wrong, but I think if you're on insulin you're supposed to use your fingers - something to do with readings being more accurate, I think, which is less of an issue for those not at risk of hypos.
