Hello,

After hearing that a lot of you snack on nuts I've decided I want to give them another try. I've never been that keen on them but its been a while now and my taste buds are changing! I've just got to decide which to try first...any recommendations or def no-nos? :D

Thanks

I love salt and vinegar peanuts. Morrisons are only 2.9 carbs fpr 100g which is a b i g handful

I get a bag of mixed nuts, with Brazils, Almonds, Hazelnuts and Wallnuts, all shelled and ready to eat. I find that I tend to favour certain nuts at one time then switch to another.

Just be careful about the quantity to be snacked. If you're anything like me, a handful is simply not enough and I end up eating the whole pack! Being mostly fat, even if it's a good sort, they can throw a spanner in any weight loss regime.

Andy 🙂

Thanks for the ideas guys! I shall see how I get on...Thanks for the warning Andy- I may have to take premeasured 'handfuls' into work to avoid temptation :D
