Morning, I've seen this Nutringo seed bread mix which is 4% carbs. They also sell it on Amazon. The reviews are mostly positive, but I'm wondering if it's nice, as it's a bit pricey per loaf. Anyone tried it please?
Cheers, Sarah

Will be watching to see who has not tried it but interested.

Nobody?! I'll order some and then let you know what it's like @Nayshiftin 🙂

Thanks

I made a loaf of nutringo bread, it needs 250g of quark cheese, water and 25ml oil in addition to the 200g bag of mix.
It smelled delicious when it was cooking, and the texture and taste is a bit like a firm bread like German blackbread/pumpernickel, and has loads of sunflower and other seeds in it, which taste nice.
I worked out that there was 1000 calories and 21g carbs for the whole loaf. I'd probably buy it again, though infrequently it's relatively expensive. It wasn't much hassle to make, and you can slice and freeze it.
No idea how it compares to Burgen or other lower carb breads, as I haven't tried them.
