Have a query? So I'm when I'm making up a recipe in Nutracheck I realised that I'm putting raw items in the recipe and consequently getting the raw carb count as opposed the cooked carb count which I understand can be differant. Am I correct in thinking that? I've not had a problem yet from doing that but I have noticed that the carb count for cooked basmati rice is very differant from carbs and calcs count.
