Just found that my inflammatory marker ESR is up at 28 - should be under 10 on their range so I've got to have it repeated in a fortnight. I know that I have inflammation and I know that I don't feel well and I know that I am finding it difficult at the moment to walk easily and I know that I'm shattered..........but last time they found that the ESR was high they couldn't find out what was causing it and so couldn't do anything. What with this and my blood sugars I just want to cry
