Had a letter from the local pharmacist saying some Novamix 30 had the wrong mixture of insulin . Quoting batch numbers that were affected.

Great!!!. I never keep the boxes so how would I know if I had these?.

My BG's have been high so could it have been that?. Not happy.

The batch number would be on the cartridges as well as the box 🙂

The last two batches are fine. I checked against the list. But before that I disposed of the boxes etc,. so who knows.:(

Just thought I will check with pharmacist she may have my history of batch numbers.

As pumper sue said, the batch number will be on each cartridge or pen as well as the box, normally near the expiry date and may begin with the letters BN. It may not be easy to see but it will definitely be there
