Wow that IS staggering.

On another hand... you might not need to take the tablets forever. Keep pressing forwards

Interestingly the DN did show quite a lot of interest in the health and meal contents graphs. I think they were a more familiar sight.

Oh Christ I’m a big liar it’s lbs not kgs lol low low carbs and with Covid not managed a gym yet
I spoke to nurse this morning and that’s what she said, went on about things like age(62) family history great grandma and grandfather and as you get older internal organs don’t work as well so diabetes increases risks etc

Oh Mohammed, Oh Ganesh, Oh Buddha, Oh Zeus, Oh Kali, it's never them or any of the others is it, it's always Himself. Why? I really would like to know. :D I mean really, I'm not being facetious, I just hates the see the name taken in vain.

Liar? Naaa. Just mistaken. Sounded remarkable. However, honesty and a decent weight loss (in Lbs) count for for more.

42lbs in 4 months is still a very good result. I also think there are people a lot older than yourself who have managed to do away with the meds. So all is not lost yet. Keep up the good work and i hope you manage it.

I thought 42kg, no wonder with explosive diarrhoea, you must have been frightened to eat anything.
I would think if you maintain the low carb eating and weight there is no reason why your metformin could not be reduced. If people can reduce their HbA1C without meds then once you have done so there is every chance not to need them. The critical thing is to stay with the new way of eating.

I have noticed another odd change recently. Not sure if it is attribuatable to the weight loss or not.

My voice seems to have become softer, gentler !

Interesting.
