bums, that is the fourth nose bleed I have had in the last 48 hours. |They come from nowhere, and that is another top ruined.

You may have a vitemin K definciency, or even something as trivial as blowing your nose to hard can cause one.Have you had any sinus problems lately?

Ack! It's so annoying isn't it? Sorry to hear this Hazel, I have had periods where I have had frequent nosebleeds with no real explanation. Hope that's the last of them for you 🙂

Actually Steff, yes I have - Following the Birmingham meet, I had a real bad bout of flu, so yes a lot of heavy duty nose blowing. All over now - but it has left me with rotten heachaches.

Hope you are feeling better. When little feller has nose bleed we slow it down with an ice lolly or ice cream, but he is not diebetic. Perhaps sucking an ice cube or a very cold drink might help if it is too bad.

My hubby had this problem a year or two back and the doc cauterised a blood vessel in his nose and all has been fine since. Have you been to your GP?

Edited to say if you soak the top in cold water changing it now and again, you might get the stain out. 🙂

I get them sometimes too, if I sneeze too hard or sometimes if I'm really stressed. Mention it to your doctor and ask them what can be done about it. I'd mention the headaches as well.

Hi Hazel I've fortunate that I've never suffered from nose bleeds but I do feel very sorry for you. I hope that they have now cleared up
