Hiya everyone Yes I'm a Newbie although I've been a diabetic for 23yrs. I'm about to have a pump in feb so any info about it would be a great help to me.

Hi Noreen i'm a newbie too. I have been diabetic for 35 years type 1 i got it when i were 14 it was a nightmare time to get it. Well any times a nightmaretime to get it. It drives me crazy, there is no pattern at all. It's like playing bingo. you never know what number it will be next. 🙂 I,m waiting for the pump. Funding is a problem at the moment.

Hi Julie T, Funding is the problem in my area too although I've said I'm willing to travel, hoping to have my pump soon. If only I could be stable with my bs then maybe I would'nt be having so many highs and lows and mood swings or maybe that could be down to my age. Good luck with the funding and pump.
