Hi Just watch the Calories. I always thought chicken was a safe bet but watching both cals and carbs it isn't.
Chicken is fine but not if you eat it with carb laden gravy or covered in standard breadcrumbs or a batter.
Fine with keto style gravy or made into nuggets covered with keto breadcrumbs or batter.

Probably not too good if you eat too many but zero carbs
Are pork scratchings good for diabetics? Pork scratchings contain very little sugar and are pretty much just protein, fat and salt, and so they can be fairly easy on your blood glucose levels, particularly if you just feel a bit peckish and don't want to mess around too much with insulin.
they are salty and crunchy unlike most low carb food which is why I crave them....

Sorry, you made me laugh, and spill my coffee.
I flashed back to my own chipped tooth - crispy bacon episode
my crown fell off after eating a naan bread. Carbs are clearly no good for me.

Pork scratching feature regularly on my menu. Love them.

What is considered "healthy" or "unhealthy" is very much open to interpretation? As regards being low carb, pork scratchings fit the bill perfectly. As regards saturated fat, it very much depends upon what you believe. I would rather eat natural saturated fats than highly processed seed oils and I would rather follow a low carb higher fat way of eating as that seems to be healthier for my body.
Sadly I no longer trust NHS dietary advice.
