The sugar free ice cream is great, but I think you may also have to take into account the carbs. I did get some to try and while it is nice, II eat so little ice cream I am better off sticking to the occasional portion of (ahem) 'normal' ice cream

If it's artificial sweetner used you do not count the carbs. They are used in the body differently to sugar so they do not effect the blood sugar
