Can I ask how many use the Nintendo Wii - I'm thinking about buying one with the fitness board so I can do Yoga at home - I just can't seem to find a class to go too because of work committments.

I don't want to lose weight but do a class that focuses on wellbeing and flexibility....🙂

Wouldn't a Pilates DVD be a cheaper option? (I know nothing about the Wii! 🙂)

I agree with Alan, a DVD would be better for YOGA
we have the wii fit and I have to say, if you only want to do yoga it's not worth the money 🙂

Hi Amanda

We bought our son a wii 2 years ago as an xmas present and he never uses it its just sat gathering dust, I must admit I bought wii sports for it and stuck with it for a while but then became bored with it so was a waste of money.I would go along with Alans idea of a DVD far far cheaper .

I love playing on the Wii. So many different fun things to play, some for exercise, some just for fun and some for both. But I agree with the others, if you'll ONLY do yoga on it, it probably isn't worth the money, but if you might give the other things a go as well I'd recommend buying one. After all, if it turns out you don't get on with it or don't use it very much, just sell it and take a small hit in what you'll get back for it, no massive loss. Up to you at the end of the day though 🙂
