Has anyone noticed whether if you have a nightmare you get increased BG overnight?

If I have had stressful dreams that stay with me when I wake or if I have been wakeful during the night my waking BG will be around the 7 mark! A good night sleep and low 5!

Well it would do that - the old fight or flight reaction - adrenalin or is it cortisol ? Whatever - sends your BG into orbit whichever it is.
