I'm not the kind of person that just 'accepts' what my Healthcare Pro's suggest, and question why/what/how when things have been suggested to me in the past. I intend to carry on this approach after my diagnosis last year. As such, I've found the following a very interesting read, and useful so I know what to expect in the management of my condition from here on out.


You may or may not find this useful. Forewarned is forearmed, with my second HbA1c coming up in March. 🙂

Thanks for posting @Mephistophlillie - NICE bits have been posted/linked before but I have not come across this - and like you want to find out all I can and do all I can, being armed with research and information is worth it.
Good luck with your next HbA1c - we have them around the same time. 😱
