Relationship to Diabetes
Type 2
Hi, I was diagnosed in Oct 2016 type2 diet controlled. Attended GP app in Jan to find B/S levels were 32.5, doctor kept asking if I felt ok but I felt fine. I had also lost 2.5 stone in weight. I am now on Gliclazide 80mg twice a day and over the last two weeks I have got my blood sugars down to 8.1, I have stopped loosing weight.
What I am worried about is I have left sided side pain and lower back pain which comes and goes, do you think this is the Gliclazide . ? .

Agree see your GP. Also if you want tips on an effective diet to give more stable blood sugar levels look at the sticky links about a lower carb diet.
