Good that you now have a definite diagnosis. Was this as a result of the antibody test? Di they tell you the nunbers?
This gives you a chance to make a plan for how to tackle this and look into appropriate strategies.
You mention that you have a BG testing kit. This can be very helpful in working out what foods your body can cope with and also what portion sizes you need to match the insulin that you are producing.

Yep I’m defo an expert on being low level lol. @Kat94 really important to get your actual numbers on any antibody test performed. Firstly to check which ones were actually done and secondly I was told my test were negative and it was only a few weeks later when another doctor looked over them I was told the antigad was borderline. At 55 it was not borderline at all as under 5 is negative.
