You'll need to check the high carb foods, potatoes couscous and bread, and any high starch veges, to ensure that you can cope with them, but I'd recommend also checking the cherry tomatoes as they are very sweet - they are way over the accepted value for tomatoes and will, before too long, need to be given their own value.
Compare them with a salad tomato for the taste and it should be obvious. It would be an easy change to make if you find that you need to take out more sugars.
