You'll need to check the high carb foods, potatoes couscous and bread, and any high starch veges, to ensure that you can cope with them, but I'd recommend also checking the cherry tomatoes as they are very sweet - they are way over the accepted value for tomatoes and will, before too long, need to be given their own value.
Compare them with a salad tomato for the taste and it should be obvious. It would be an easy change to make if you find that you need to take out more sugars.

Well that's easy to drop, as I don't particularly rate them anyway, just add them for variety (god damn, ive got a hundred or so tomato plants growing!)

It's easy enough figuring out carbs for things in packets, but what about veg and fruit?

I made a list of low carb veges, under 10 percent, so I know what to pick up in the supermarket. It is easy enough to do a search for carb content, though you need to watch out for those from the USA as they do not list the FIBER separately. If it is spelt FIBRE then it is the net carb which is shown, with the fibre listed separately.
Maybe offer tomato plants for sale, if they are all the cherry type - there are going to be some keen gardeners around.

Home grown tomatoes are a different kettle of fish than the generally bland flavourless bought tomatoes.
You can Google any food and ask Total carbs.
