You can then easily work out how many carbs your portion of soup would be. Many people find following a low carbohydrate diet restrict the Total carbs per day to less than130g though some do go lower and they will lose weight without worrying about calories. Indeed full fat dairy will help to stop you feeling hungry and many full fat products are lower carb than low fat.I just checked the Lentils. Carbs = 17g per 100g and the full pot of soup uses 125g lentils.
