Hi @Woodside and welcome to the forum. Do you want to tell us a little about yourself, how you came to be diagnosed, what sort of information would help you, that kind of thing?

I'm a fellow type 2 and this forum has been invaluable to me in managing my T2. I was a complete novice back in April but people have been very kind and answered any "stupid" questions I've had and assured me there's no such thing as a stupid question!

Nice to have you on board 🙂

Thanks for your welcome. I had a second blood test 2 weeks ago, after they found my sugar levels were too high. I have been prediabete for a few years. So l had made a few changes to my life, during that time. Had a call today from a nurse at my surgery to let me know that l was type 2 . The test result for my levels was 6.9. I know that my portions of my evening meals has to go down. So l know what l have to do, before l see the nurse next March for another blood check. And l will do it,out comes my will power. If l can sort it then hopefully, l won't need to take medication. X
