Hi I'm new to this game and would like to know how long before and after food should you test your bloods?

Just before, and then 90 mins to 120 mins after..and welcome xx

Welcome to the forum Marmite, from a fellow T2.
Test just before and 1 - 2 hours after eating. If you're on insulin or glitacide, you may test at other times to what for going low, as well as the heights from eating.
