Welcome to the club! Are you newly diagnosed? Lots of friendly advice and support here.

Hi yes was diagnosed on 12/12018 all a lot to take in at moment waiting for my retinopathy appointment and foot check in 2 weeks

Welcome from a fellow T2.

Hello again - meant to say: if you haven't already done so, I suggest that you might find some of the links for newly diagnosed diabetics at the top of the "Newbie" section helpful - just scroll down to the Type 2 heading. I used the Gretchen Becker book a lot in the first few months especially. Lots of ideas about what to eat (if you are needing any diet changes) on this forum too. You'll soon get the hang of living with this dratted condition - you're not alone!
